Studios, Classes, Etiquette, and Sales Policies, etc.

Our Policies

    • All payments are subject to HST

    • Payment is due at the time of purchasing classes and memberships. 

    • If there are any outstanding balances, your account will be blocked from registering for classes until reconciled.

    • We are a cash free environment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Debit Visa cards. 

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on classes, memberships, or retail products/merch. All sales are final.  

    • Upon arrival please remove your shoes in the designated area provided. 

    • Check in with staff at the front desk by providing your name. If you wish to disclose any injuries, conditions or special needs, please do so at check in. 

    • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early prior to class to ensure enough time to set up your reformer and get comfortable before class begins.

    • For the safety of you and others in the studio room, there is no late-entry after the instructor has started class.

    • If you are not in the studio within 2 minutes before class, your spot may be given to a client who is on the waitlist.

  • Signing up for classes prior:

    • Drop-ins are welcome so long as there is space in the class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and be added to class. 

    • You may sign up for classes online using your client profile account

    Arrive On Time:

    • Please arrive a minimum of 10 minute prior to class.

    • If you are not in the studio within 2 minutes to class, your spot will be forfeited to a client who is on the waitlist.

    On The Waitlist:

    • Waitlisted clients may show up for class and take a spot if someone on the attendance list does not show up. 

  • Group Classes:

    • Group Class registration can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. 

    • If a cancellation occurs within 12 hours to the start of class, your class will be forfeited. No refunds would be provided and will result in a loss of the session. 

    • If you do not show up for class, your class will be forfeited. No refunds would be provided and will result in a loss of the session.

    Private Lesson Appointments:

    • Private lesson appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. 

    • Late arrival for Personal Training sessions are permitted at the remainder of the allotted time left. Appointment extensions are not permitted. Meaning for a 1 hour session, should you arrive 20 minutes late, you will have 40 minutes remaining for your session. 

    • Late cancellation or No-Shows for Personal Training sessions will result in a loss of the session. 

    • No refunds are permitted on late cancel or no-show fees. There are no exceptions to this policy.
